I have always admired Mothers who raise three or more children.

I have been always thinking about what effective parenting logistics are required for managing every kid. Well life is funny because I will have the opportunity to find out by myself.

I have two kids (an 8-years old boy and a 7-years old girl) and we are expecting the third one. My last two pregnancies were smooth and problem free but I remembered how easily I became worrying and stressed especially when we were expecting our first child.

A lot of questions were constantly popping into my head:

What happens if I don't feel contractions before labor?

What happens during the process of labor?

What happens if I can’t give birth naturally?


Prenatal yoga is the best way to prepare you physically and mentally for delivery and motherhood. The nine-months pregnancy is a wonderful journey and the regular yoga practice helps build and maintain muscle tone (especially the pelvic floor), minimize the aches and pains and teach to trust your body and use mindful breathing techniques.


The birth preparation helps you to feel prepared, empowered and confident about birth learning practical breathing and pain relief techniques to support undisturbed birth.


I will be thrilled to help you during your entire pregnancy from the 13th week.
