This is the basic self-paced pelvic floor health course (no equipment needed). This course is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to pelvic floor health without the need for any equipment. Abdomen Exercises: Improve digestion and alleviate constipation and bloating. Breathwork: Energize your mind and body without coffee and stimulate your libido. Diaphragm Massage: Relieve tension, enhance pelvic floor functionality, and manage stress. Stress Management Techniques: Improve your mood in just 10 minutes and learn self-regulation during stressful periods. • Permanent Access to the PeLove Community: Connect with women from around the world who have attended PeLove courses.
